You don’t need to be a computer guru to work with their site. Their information is concise and complete. It is easy to make changes to an unshipped order if needed.

I worked with the manager, Steve Schwab, for our Kickstarter U.S. fulfillment. He did an excellent job. His responses were lightning-fast, and he provided very helpful advice for our ground shipment from Canada to the U.S.

We were in a difficult situation due to a sudden tariff issue, and he resolved it quickly and effectively.
