Fulfillrite are legitimate fulfillment partners. I launched a game on Kickstarter and they fulfilled over 1000 units in a few days without breaking a sweat.

Fulfillment is a massive part of any eCommerce business and it’s something you don’t actually control, so the people you choose to represent you have to be solid. These guys are solid. Their tech / integrations are robust and they reply fast on queries.

I’ve been using Fulfillrite for somewhere around 6 months. I love the service, I have a manager that I can speak to directly with any problems. It’s easy to ship with custom labels, or marketing sheets, or custom notes. In 6 months, I haven’t had any customers complain about the packaging, or products ruined (other than by the post office), or forgotten shipments not sent (big one for me).

I trust them, and I would not change. As a matter of fact, I’m publishing another book, and they will handle that one as well.
