The team goes out of their way to handle projects with great care, going above and beyond at every turn. Fulfillrite has turned around all our orders quickly. Their app seamlessly integrates with our Shopify store, so orders are transmitted automatically.

We been with Fulfillrite for over 4 years and our experience with their service has been exceptional.

I can only recall about 3 or 4 times when a product was shipped 48-72 hours after we submitted the order.

This was immediately corrected. Most orders get shipped the same day.

I have worked with Fulfillrite for the last 10 years. They have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. the website for a merchant is very intuitive and straightforward. You don’t need to be a computer guru to work with their site. Their information is concise and complete. It is easy to make changes to an unshipped order if needed.

I’ve been using Fulfillrite for somewhere around 6 months. I love the service, I have a manager that I can speak to directly with any problems. It’s easy to ship with custom labels, or marketing sheets, or custom notes. In 6 months, I haven’t had any customers complain about the packaging, or products ruined (other than by the post office), or forgotten shipments not sent (big one for me).

I trust them, and I would not change. As a matter of fact, I’m publishing another book, and they will handle that one as well.

Had 1500 books to ship after a successful Kickstarter. Their software is very straightforward to use and update, far better than the one Amazon is using. Lots of useful FAQs as well.
Their representative did a great job explaining to me how to do everything and helped along the way. I needed some customization adding a pamphlet to all my books and they did a great job adding it to the existing boxes.
Would highly recommend them to anyone doing something similar.

Fulfillrite are legitimate fulfillment partners. I launched a game on Kickstarter and they fulfilled over 1000 units in a few days without breaking a sweat.
