Fulfillrite is simply THE BEST! Lightning-fast fulfillment, awesome customer service and I don’t think they’ve ever dropped the ball on an order…seriously. We’ve tried other fulfillment services, but nothing comes close to Fulfillrite’s level of professionalism. Six stars.

Had 1500 books to ship after a successful Kickstarter. Their software is very straightforward to use and update, far better than the one Amazon is using. Lots of useful FAQs as well.
Their representative did a great job explaining to me how to do everything and helped along the way. I needed some customization adding a pamphlet to all my books and they did a great job adding it to the existing boxes.
Would highly recommend them to anyone doing something similar.

The team goes out of their way to handle projects with great care, going above and beyond at every turn. If there is ever an issue, they reach out to me ASAP, so I feel like we’re making decisions as a team.

We been with Fulfillrite for over 4 years and our experience with their service has been exceptional.

I can only recall about 3 or 4 times when a product was shipped 48-72 hours after we submitted the order.

This was immediately corrected. Most orders get shipped the same day.

I worked with the manager, Steve Schwab, for our Kickstarter U.S. fulfillment. He did an excellent job. His responses were lightning-fast, and he provided very helpful advice for our ground shipment from Canada to the U.S.

We were in a difficult situation due to a sudden tariff issue, and he resolved it quickly and effectively.

Communication with him was smooth and efficient—I didn’t need to ask many follow-up questions. Their web portal system is also very user-friendly and made the entire process easy.
