Had 1500 books to ship after a successful Kickstarter. Their software is very straightforward to use and update, far better than the one Amazon is using. Lots of useful FAQs as well.

FAQs

We handle FNSKU labeling, polybag packaging, bubble wrapping, suffocation warning application, overboxing, bundling, and multi-pack assembly. Essentially, we do whatever is needed to make sure your products meet Amazon’s current prep and labeling requirements before they ship to FBA.

Currently, FBA prep is offered as an add-on for existing Fulfillrite clients who already store inventory in our warehouses. This lets you manage your Amazon channel alongside your DTC fulfillment from a single inventory pool, which simplifies operations and reduces shipping costs.

Your inventory sits in our warehouse. When you need products shipped directly to customers, we handle that through our standard fulfillment process. When you need a batch sent to Amazon FBA, we prep and ship it to the FBA warehouse you designate. Both channels draw from the same inventory, tracked in one dashboard.

Amazon updates its FBA prep guidelines periodically. We stay current on those changes and adjust our processes accordingly. Your account manager will flag anything that affects your products so there are no surprises.

Turnaround depends on the volume and type of prep work needed. Simple labeling jobs can be completed within a day or two. Larger batches that require bundling, poly-bagging, and inspection take longer. Your account manager will give you a timeline before we start.

Yes. We can inspect incoming inventory for defects, damage, or discrepancies before any labeling or packaging happens. This is especially valuable if you’re receiving products directly from an overseas manufacturer and want a quality check before they go to Amazon.

That’s the goal. Most FBA rejections happen because of labeling errors, incorrect packaging, or missing compliance stickers. We prep everything to Amazon’s published standards, which significantly reduces the chance of a shipment being refused or incurring additional handling fees.
