It’s easy to ship with custom labels, or marketing sheets, or custom notes. In 6 months, I haven’t had any customers complain about the packaging, or products ruined (other than by the post office), or forgotten shipments not sent (big one for me).

Had 1500 books to ship after a successful Kickstarter. Their software is very straightforward to use and update, far better than the one Amazon is using. Lots of useful FAQs as well.
Their representative did a great job explaining to me how to do everything and helped along the way. I needed some customization adding a pamphlet to all my books and they did a great job adding it to the existing boxes.
